These terms cover this website. They are not the licence for the platform itself, which is governed by the deployment agreement signed with your institution.
- What this site is. An informational site describing the CensaNation platform. Nothing on it is an offer, a warranty, or a contractual commitment, and no page creates a client relationship.
- Illustrative figures. Every figure, table, and chart shown on this site is synthetic and labelled illustrative. It is not drawn from any survey, statistical office, country, or dataset, and it must not be cited, reproduced, or relied upon as data.
- Documents shared on request. The platform overview and the technical methodology note are provided for your institution's internal evaluation. The methodology note is shared under agreement; please do not redistribute it outside your organisation without asking us first.
- Intellectual property. The CensaNation name, the site's text, and its design are the property of AiSPRY, a 360DigiTMG company. You may quote and share pages for internal evaluation with attribution.
- Availability and changes. We may update the site's content at any time as the product develops. We make no commitment that the site will be available without interruption.
- Liability. The site is provided as-is for information. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of this site alone — evaluate the platform through a briefing and the documents, not through marketing pages.
- Governing terms. Where anything here conflicts with a signed agreement between your institution and us, that agreement governs.
